Rights practised in the room
Workshops and trainings designed so people can enter, stay silent, disagree, and change the plan. Education about, through and for human rights.
Partnerships
We build long-term work with organisations that want to explore methods of theatre and storytelling as a way to create spaces for human rights education and practice.
Since 2015 we have designed theatre, storytelling and non-formal education with partners across 28 countries. We look for alliances that last longer than one funding cycle.
What we bring
A small foundation with a serious method shelf and an unusual language list.

Named methods
Theatre of the Oppressed (Image and Forum), Playback Theatre, Biographical Theatre, improvisation, embodied storytelling. New formats stay labelled “pilot” until they pass review.

European project craft
KA1 and KA2 design, multi-country delivery, documentation, trainer capacity. We can own a work package. We do not run a Brussels lobbying office.
Who this is for
Pick the closest fit. We say no quickly when it is not.
Erasmus+ and consortia
We join and co-build KA2 work that needs documented methodology, human rights framing, and facilitators who can work with youth and with youth workers.

We want partners who stay for the full cycle — not a logo exchange.
Municipalities, schools, public bodies
Neighbourhood and school work in the Netherlands and with European peers: youth participation, anti-discrimination, dialogue, rights-based pedagogy.
We can design a process. We will not run a one-off “inclusion day” that leaves the decision unchanged.
Youth organisations, theatres, community groups
Co-designed workshops and public moments where story meets a real question.
Participants credited as co-authors when they shape the output.
Consent is practical: people can pass, stop a retelling, and decide what is published.
Research and education networks
Look at a method with us. Peer review, co-authored notes, evidence logs.
Field notes and consented experience — not extracted youth quotes as decoration.
How it actually runs
Five steps. Nothing fancy, nothing hidden.
- A real questionWhich right, which group, which room, which output.
- Co-designPartners and, where possible, participants help define the problem before the agenda is frozen.
- Named method and limitsWhat we will do, what we will not claim, group size, language, access.
- Delivery and debriefEvery project closes with what worked, what did not, what must change.
- Public output with consentMethod note, training, performance, or policy-facing note. People named only when they agree.

We will not
- use participants as proof in photos or reports without consent
- quote youth voice and leave the decision unchanged
- call a pilot a finished CWM method
- promise transformation, healing, or safety we cannot guarantee
What we look for
A short checklist. The closing line is the point.
- A human rights or participation question that can be practised in a room
- Willingness to co-design, not only to host
- Time for debrief and documentation, not only delivery days
- Honesty about power: who funds, who decides, who is in the photo
- For KA2: capacity to stay for the quiet months, not only the kick-off
