Support Human Rights Education in Practice
Since 2015, Stichting CWM Education has used theatre, storytelling, and non-formal education to teach and practise human rights with young people and adults across 28 countries. Your support keeps this work independent, honest, and accessible.
Why this work needs support
Support is how that work stays independent enough to stay honest: methods published, youth places funded, rooms designed so people can shape what happens in them — not only sit in them.
We do not ask you to sponsor a feeling. We ask you to fund a practice.
Partners include Erasmus+, the British Council, Robert Bosch Stiftung, and the Goethe-Institut.
Those numbers are the record. Your support is the next chapter of it.
What Your Support Is For
Money here is not a general "youth fund." It is tied to the work named in our public documents: human rights education, the Quality Framework, and rooms people can actually enter.

We will publish a simple annual allocation note on this page. Until the first one is dated, treat the table above as our commitment, not as last year's audited split.
Support Language We Use in Public
This is the language the organisation stands behind. Use it on this page, in mailings, on Instagram, and in conversations with donors. Do not replace it with urgency theatre.
We Say
- Support funds human rights education in practice: theatre, storytelling, non-formal learning.
- Inclusion is a design question: who can enter, who can speak, who can change the plan.
- Specificity is our authority. We name methods, numbers, partners, and limits.
- Participants are authors of the work, not proof for a campaign.
- Corporate support uses the same human rights frame as youth work. It is not a softer product.
We Do Not Say
- "Help us save young people."
- "Your gift will transform lives."
- "World-class / leading / unique in Europe" unless we can point to a named fact.
- "Safe space guaranteed."
- "100% of your donation goes to children" (it does not: quality, documentation, and access are part of the work).
- That we are ANBI-deductible until that status is confirmed in writing and published here.
Give Once
A single transfer is enough. Choose an amount that matches how close you want to stand to the work.

No amount is too small to be serious. No amount buys influence over who is in the room or what a group is allowed to say.
Friends of CWM — Monthly
A Friend of CWM is someone who decides this work should exist next month, not only after a moving post.

What Friends Receive — and What They Do Not
- A short quarterly note: what ran, what we learned, what the money touched
- First word on public workshops, Open Calls, and published methods
- The right to remain unnamed
- Not a vote on participants, methods, or advocacy positions
- Not a branded exercise, a youth quote for your channel, or a photo without consent
Cancel any month. Loyalty here is a practice, not a lock-in.
Dedicated Gifts
If you want the gift earmarked, say so in the transfer reference. We honour four dedicated lines:
- Youth Access Fund — places, travel, language support, access adaptations
- Method Room Fund — publishing methods, Quality Framework, trainer induction
- Amsterdam Community Fund — local workshops, community circle, first-time participants in the city
- Impact Scholarship — a youth or educator place funded from a corporate or institutional gift
If the dedicated line is full, we will write to you before moving the gift.
Organisations and Companies
Institutions do not "offset" a culture problem by buying a workshop photograph.
Two clean routes:
- Partnership Gift
A contribution to the Youth Access Fund or Method Room Fund, with a public thank-you if wanted, and no claim on the pedagogy.
- Commissioned Work + Impact Scholarship
Pay for a rights-grounded training for your team. A published share of the fee funds youth or educator places. Same human rights frame. Same Quality Framework. Not a separate "corporate morality product."

Leave a Legacy
A bequest is how you keep rehearsal spaces open after your own working life.
We accept gifts in a will to Stichting CWM Education for human rights education through theatre, storytelling, and non-formal learning.
Write to us before you instruct a notary if you want the gift tied to a dedicated fund. We will answer plainly, without pressure.

We acknowledge every gift. We do not publish names without consent.
What We Will Not Do With Support
- Use participants as proof in photographs, reels, or reports without informed consent
- Quote a young person and leave the decision they spoke about unchanged
- Sell a donor a story of pain
- Call a pilot a finished CWM method
- Promise transformation, healing, or safety we cannot guarantee
- Claim tax deductibility before ANBI status is confirmed and published on this page
- Let a gift decide who is welcome in a workshop
This is the same standard as our culture statement and Quality Framework. Support does not sit outside it.
Transparency
You Can Expect
- Named legal entity, address, and bank details
- A receipt on request
- An annual public note on this page: gifts received, what they funded, what we refused to extract
- Evidence limited to what we can stand on: participants, countries, hours, named funders, named methods, consented field notes
You Will Not Be Asked to Accept
- Vague "send money to PayPal"
- A glossy impact brochure with no method named
- Inflated outcome claims
- Stock images of "inclusion" as proof
ANBI / Tax
We will state ANBI status here only after the Belastingdienst confirmation is in hand. Until that line is dated on this page, do not treat gifts as tax-deductible. If and when status is granted, we will add: RSIN, ANBI link, and the exact wording donors need for their aangifte.
